Watkins Recreation Center is accessible by rail but it involves some walking.
GET OFF at Potomac Ave Stop (Blue and Orange Line)
When you come out of the metro turn around (away from Penn. ave) and walk towards G St.
You will now be at the corner of G and 14th St. walk up 14th St. one block to E St.
At the corner of E and 14th Street take a left and walk down to 13th St. the field is on the corner of 13th St. and E St.

By car

From the South

First, get to 395 North
Take 395 North over the 14th Street Bridge (stay in the right lanes going over the bridge).
Continue on 395 (South East - South West Freeway) you will be heading East (get in one of the two left lanes). You are not going to go in any of the tunnels.
Take the 6 ST exit it is the second exit after the exits for the tunnels.
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
Merge onto 6TH ST SE.
Turn RIGHT onto PENNSYLVANIA AVE SE.
Turn LEFT onto 12TH ST SE.
Find Parking you are there.
