Directions to Anacostia Park Pitch
From Downtown DC
* Take Pennsylvania Ave towards SE
* Continue over the Pennsylvania Ave Bridge crossing the Anacostia River
* Just after the 295 overpass make a right onto Fairlawn Ave
* Make the next Right on to 22nd Street (back towards the river)
* Make a left at the T-intersection
* Look for the goal posts on the left
From the North
* From I-95/495 South (towards Richmond) take Exit 22 on to the Baltimore/Washington * Parkway/I-295 South
* Take the Pennsylvania Ave Exit
* After you go under the 295 overpass make a right onto Fairlawn Ave
* Make the next Right on to 22nd Street
* Make a left at the T-intersection
* Look for the goal posts on the left
From the South
* Take I-95/495 North (towards Baltimore) cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge
* Take the Rt. 4 (Pennsylvania Ave.) exit North towards Downtown DC.
* To avoid getting lost in the SE neighborhoods the simplest thing to do is:
* Follow Pennsylvania Ave over the Pennsylvania Ave. Bridge crossing Anacostia River.
* At the second light after the crossing the river you should be able to make a U-turn back.
* Continue over the Pennsylvania Ave Bridge again.
* Just after the 295 overpass make a right onto Fairlawn Ave
* Make the next Right on to 22nd Street (back towards the river)
* Make a left at the T-intersection
* Look for the goal posts on the left
Directions to the Bar
* Coming out of Anacostia Park, at the intersection with Fairlawn, go slightly right following 22nd Street.
* Make a right onto Minnesota Ave
* Make a right onto Pennsylvania Ave
* Pass over the bridge.
* The Pour House is on the Left between 3rd and 4th streets.
